Quantum Machine Learning

Machine learning, using quantum computing

What are the benefits of using machine learning on quantum computers? Neural networks are based on parallel architectures. They have connections that are crossing over each other one layer at a time, and for a classical computer to achieve this, takes time cycling through each layer. Quantum computers are able to undertake such parallel computing, in parallel, so can speed up this processing time dramatically.

    Expected capabilities:

  • Almost real life simulation accuracy. We are focusing on climate change simulation as our primary showcase.
  • Able to estimate chemical structures for medicine and vaccines with such accuracy, animal testing will not be required.
  • May be able to identify new physics within the classical and quantum world.
